In AHQ, it would be extremely helpful if we had a way for sellers to identify lawyers with AmLaw 200 experience. It would enable sellers to send the most enticing proactive profiles, and it would avoid them highlighting a no-name law firm because they don't know any better. This is mainly for proactives - we need the shiniest, flashiest talent. When it comes down to filling an opportunity, a client is much more willing to read into the actual duties of the lawyer, with less snobbery about where they practiced. But when we're trying to get a meeting or just catch their attention, it would help to have a way for sellers to identify the top law firms. It would also help TS/Sellers know where to emphasize law firm work in submission calls.
