Ability to PAUSE opportunities on the opp feed

Clients going cold or ghosting us causes opps to sit on the opp feed and continue to look available when the reality is that we don't know the status. We would love the option to go in an Pause them from the opp feed (keeping them visible but stopping expressions of interest and an auto message to let clients know this is currently on hold) this will stop EOI fatigue for our talent and help TS' work load.
