Caveats on proactive or representative submissions

We run into issues with expectation management with Sales and Clients and related challenging situations with Talent when their profiles are representatively or proactively shared without it being made clear that we have not yet confirmed their interest or availability. It would be it great if it were impossible to share a profile proactively without it being clear that we haven't confirmed interest / availability yet. We could build in a prefabbed message on every rep/proactive bio that could address the issue.
