Don't auto-notify Talent of Cooling when Sales closes an Opp

When an opportunity is closed in SFDC- it automatically closes it out in AfHQ. If Talent are on that opportunity they receive a cooling notice. This can be jarring if they do not receive a heads up in advance. This tends to happen for Closed Lost.

It would be better if when the opportunity is closed in SFDC- it does not automatically close out in AfHQ. Instead, it gets closed out in 24 hours. Perhaps once it is closed in SFDC, TSP can get a ping that the opportunity will be closed out in 24 hours. This will give time for the TSP to ensure that talent are properly being managed and communicated with.
