Since we now have a Tableau report for feedback, which is accessible to both Sales and Talent Success, TSPs may not always enter a separate activity note when sharing feedback because it may be shared as part of a live check-in call or check-in email. Further, not having a spreadsheet makes it difficult to track when and to whom we provide feedback. Bringing back the feedback spreadsheet will allow us to track when we receive and share feedback more easily and seemlessly.
