Highlight GP & mis-matched bar status talent

Add some sort of highlight when talent are in a GP state, so TSPs are extra certain about their engagement potentials with just a look at their profile. For talent living in states in which they are not barred, an extra highlight on those fields would be helpful to ensure we eliminate potential risk by considering them for engagements.
