Keep self-service opps off feed until the Sales Owner requests TS support

Poor Talent experience with self-service opps. Talent are opting into opps that are not valid or don't have sellers assigned yet, and reaching out to their TSPs for information about opps on the feed. No simple way for TSPs to figure out the opp's true owner or its status. TSPs usually have to explain to Talent whether the opp is real or if the client was just shopping, what it means to be self-submitted, if there will be interviews, etc. TS would like more control over what opps Talent have access to, as with "normal" opps.

One of my talent had 3 opportunities they had self-submitted to and I could not find answers on the status, no one to ask, no way to know if the client is still looking. The talent said (jokingly) this feels like my services are being sold in a vending machine.
