May we get an option to mark talent as unresponsive after we warm them? As of now, we will just remove them if we don't hear back, or we have to cool them when the opportunity closes. Being able to mark them as Unresponsive, would help TS and Sales monitor unresponsive talent and if they are the best fit for our bench. Also, with the current process, it is a bit odd for an attorney who never responded to get a cooling message that the opportunity is closing. Happy to discuss further!
