Notification if talent is utilized more than 60 HPW

Talent have the ability to have availability preferences up to 80 HPW. However, some talent have been engaged 100+ hours per week. I think that the TSP would benefit from a notification if talent exceed 60-75 HPW- or some sort of indication on their profile in AfHQ as to their over-utilization. It's not always a bad thing- but I want to make sure that TSPs are acutely aware of when these situations occur so they can get ahead of any potentially bad situations so there are no commercial ramifications.

Good question Madeleine! I was thinking about their engaged hours per week and not actual billable hours. There are some situations that talent could appear to be engaged 100 HPW...when in reality- they may be ramping up at one engagement whilst ramping down at the other. I'm okay with this. I just want to make sure that TSPs have their eyes on all situations where talent appear to be overutilized so they can dig into it and give a thumbs up or a thumbs down.
