I want to see all of the performance feedback on a talent in order to make the best match.
Need to include not only performance feedback from survey but also atty related roll off reasons; false starts; direct client feedback. Should be good and bad. The aim being to be able to quickly identify without having to trawl through notes on how an individual has performed and identify any watchouts.
