It would be great to have a talent's variable hourly rate displayed in the same section as their standard hourly rate (shown as Base Hourly Compensation) so Talent Success doesn't need to calculate it manually. This could prevent mistakes from manual calculations as well. There is also one field in this section TS (and sellers I believe) never use which is Full-Time Weekly Rate.
