An attorney has raised that it would be helpful to have a reminder in early December to cash out PTO.
This arose as she was banking it, thinking it rolled over. While it is outlined in our policy, she planned to simply withdraw in Q1 from what she assumed would roll over. So, this could be something to help improve/maintain talent relationships.
